ENRES Cyclolog software acquisition

Since the results of biostratigraphic and geochemical studies are not always available or available only for a portion of the well section, our company has acquired the ENRES Cyclolog package, which allows smooth transition from lithostratification to chronostratification of well sections.
Cyclolog software produces the INPEFA® curve (INtegrated Prediction Error Filter Analysis) using a number of well logs as input data. The extremums of resulting INPEFA® curves correspond to erosion zones, abrupt changes in lithology, rates and conditions of sedimentation.
INPEFA® curves are extremely helpful in both detailed stratification of a single well and identification of individual sedimentation cycles as well as wells correlation.
